Biography
Kevin Yee is a seasoned lawyer with a focus on commercial disputes, property disputes, and debt collection. Kevin is dedicated to securing fair results for his clients through negotiations and trials. He works closely with his clients to guide them through all stages of their civil disputes. He speaks Cantonese and often represents members of the Chinese community.
Kevin has successfully advocated for his clients at many levels of court and tribunals. He has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of British Columbia, Provincial Court of British Columbia, British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
Kevin enjoys writing about his experiences as a trial lawyer. He has written for The Georgia Straight, the Canadian Bar Association and the British Columbia Paralegal Association. He has presented for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and has made guest appearances on local radio shows.
Kevin was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. When he is not practicing law, Kevin can be found hiking the backcountry of southwestern BC or supporting local craft breweries.
