Philip Di Tomaso

Philip Di Tomaso is a Vancouver commercial litigation lawyer practicing at McKechnie & Company. He represents clients in construction disputes, commercial tenancy matters, property disputes, and debt collection across British Columbia.

For more than 20 years Philip has helped clients reach practical and principled resolutions to their legal issues, either through negotiated settlements or, if necessary, through the court system. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, administrative tribunals, and is experienced arbitration and mediation counsel.

Philip was born and raised in British Columbia. Outside of law, he is an enthusiastic music lover, plays soccer, coaches, and has served on the board of directors of his community youth soccer organization. He is an avid early morning cyclist who thinks he is but one piece of gear away from turning professional.
